Operations of Twin Gear Pump

Twin Screw pump operate using two counter-rotating screw rotors which are engineered so that they rotate “towards each other”. This traps the gas in the space between the “screws” of their rotors. As the screws rotate, this trapped volume decreases which not only compresses the gas but moves it towards the exhaust.

The Tw-Series Rotary twin-screw pump is a positive displacement pump with two intermeshing screws rotating in a pump casing insert. The precisely manufactured screws by advance CNC machines ensures highly efficient performance and the screw shafts are well supported and axially held in position by ball bearings.
